Killing this character: This is something that will have to be asked about ahead of time. Mostly because it's required to ask permission to die in adstringendum and sometimes you'd just rather leave a character severely injured instead of dead for however long.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yup! There is no ability barring you from gouing into her head.
